OSJ Company Philosophy

The philosophy of the Original Success Journal and anyone who serves with her is one of service. We seek to discover how we can help, maximising the three directions to accentuate the growth of everyone and any organisation with diligence making them precious and powerful.  We are without prejudice and with initiative.  

Uniquely wherever we are working live, we have a strict business/casual dress code which expacts all staff and participants to be free of any religious dresscode. We insist on this to cease the retraumatisation of religious victims and to maximise our reach into the free markets. We thank all the Druids and Pagans who helped make this a reality, ending their persecution and others who were over exerted in finding an identity.

Core Code

We will uphold our values in everything we do and that is a measurable matter in ever contact or action we have between members, contractors and each other.  We will be able to on the spot offer any insight into every encounter. We are able to summarize what we did with integrity, passion or growth proving how we moved forward individually or together as an organisation, with other organisations.

Every member of our organisation will know and understand this being the fluid, unspoken language of success.
