This is the document which is the result of an application to the Secret Services by Jz Zillart following a startling career since joining the police service nearly 30 years ago and has a long career in teaching, business, consulting and directing.  Today she has many eminent roles of which are operated under none disclosure agreements and has been a state asset defeating the diserpating invasion of mission creep and the sell out of the only Empire which bought engineering to todays world, Britain.

Being that the war is over and Europe is being evacuated of immigrant refugees to now 'safe countries' and as we come to that realistion, it is time to take stock and pleasure. 

To add where this book was meant to be part of a finacial recovery settlement (for the losses a government inspired on it's own people by misappropriate foreign policy and Equality rullings) and the book sold to benefit all involved.  I have had to make it a free publication. This is because it is submitted to the International War Crimes courts which will endict the geopolitical parties who sought to achieve objectives incomptible with nationalists (the peoples) security plan.

Not a thing could have been achieved without the outstanding Irish faith in the spirit of Ireland nor the will of the people; that Ireland shall always be free of tyranny, be that inherited from their own or a stranger bearing gifts.
