2015 to 2020 Jeni was working in councils, private banking and as a sole trader in Dublin, Ireland.

Jeni listened to the show quite eagerly trying to observe the response from parents which was responsive and reactive. Parents soon saw how they were being taken advantage of and demanded better service.
