Before each training, Zen writes Slam Poetry. It is done to connect to the audience where they are at. Very often motivational often its victims of abuse stuck in a cycle of psychological self harm.    This produced here is an example of intimate empathy and capstoning poetry so people can dive into their next life on the right foot.
